A brief history
Trust first opened its doors in 1885 as The Union Trustees, Executors and Administrators Company Limited and we have been providing our services continuously since then.
A lot has changed over the past century but the belief that our people are fundamental to our business and clients has remained constant. Their individual expertise and wealth of knowledge has collectively contributed to the success of our company from the beginning.
Today, we are proud to be one of the largest trustees in Australia.

Our locations
From a single Melbourne office to support individuals and businesses connected with the Victorian goldrush, Trust has grown to over 250 employees with a market capitalisation in excess of $385 million.
Our offices today are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Townsville as well as in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Our services
We offer a wide range of financial services to our clients through our two divisions: Personal Solutions through our Financial Services division and Corporate Solutions through our Institutional Services division.
Our Financial Services division provides:
- Estates and trusts including philanthropy and wealth transfer planning (an estate planning service)
- Financial planning and Trust Lifestyle Care (a power of attorney service) for private clients
- Health and personal injury assistance
- Funds management for our retail and intermediary clients
Our Institutional Services division provides:
- Trustee and custodian services across the property and infrastructure asset classes in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong
- Securities and debenture issues and approved trustee services for corporate super and public offer funds.
