Respect the rights of shareholders
Trust is committed to providing both shareholders and the market with timely information concerning Trust’s operations. It does this by:
- Continuously reporting developments through the ASX companies’ announcements platform.
- Reporting through the annual report.
- Releasing all appropriate information on its website.
- Providing shareholders with the opportunity to submit questions over the internet, by phone and in writing.
- Periodically rotating the venue of Trust’s Annual General Meetings to hold them in Victoria and New South Wales, where the majority of its shareholders reside.
- Requiring the attendance of the external auditor at Trust’s Annual General Meeting where they are available to answer questions about the audit in conformity with Corporations Act requirements.
