Wholesale trustee services

If you operate a wholesale unregistered trust with wholesale investors, our independent wholesale trustee services can help you with your compliance and governance responsibilities.

As your wholesale trustee, we'll be responsible for the compliance and governance of your wholesale unregistered unit trust - ensuring it operates within the constraints of the trust constitution, the disclosure documents and the law.
