The Imputation Fund aims to outperform its benchmark, the S&P ASX200 Accumulation Index, over rolling three-year periods. Trust Company Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund.

The Trust Cash Management Fund aims to achieve a very high level of security of capital, give you a market competitive interest return, and provide access to funds at call. Trust Company Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund.

The Fixed Term Mortgage Common Fund No. 2 aims to provide you with a high level of income return on your capital over a fixed term, primarily through investment in Registered First Mortgages. Trust Company Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund.

The Permanent Cash Management Fund aims to achieve a very high level of security of capital, give you a market competitive interest return, and provide access to funds at call. It is fully invested in the Trust Cash Management Fund. Trust Company Fiduciary Services Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trust Company Limited.

The Permanent Australian Equity Fund aims to provide you with exposure to the Australian equity market, targeting listed Australian shares and property trusts offering tax-effective income and potential long-term capital growth. Trust Company Fiduciary Services Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trust Company Limited.

The Permanent Income Fund aims to provide you with exposure to a diversified portfolio of high income-yielding Australian investments that are also expected to produce long-term capital growth. Trust Company Fiduciary Services Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trust Company Limited.

The Permanent Bond Fund aims to provide investors with exposure to Australian fixed interest assets in order to provide an overall return normally exceeding that available from cash management funds. Trust Company Fiduciary Services Limited is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trust Company Limited.

Common funds

Trust also has a range of common funds that are currently available for the use of its clients.

Under various state government acts, authorised statutory trustee companies may establish Common Funds for the efficient pooling and investment of funds under a trustee company’s management.

The Permanent Bond CTF15 Fund aims to provide you with exposure to Australian fixed interest assets in order to provide an overall return normally exceeding that available from cash management funds. The Fund is fully invested in the Permanent Bond Fund .

The Infrastructure & Property Related Securities Common Fund V4 provides exposure to a diverse range of listed infrastructure, property related securities and property trusts.

The Equity Common Fund QE1 aims to outperform its benchmark, the S&P ASX 200 Index, over rolling three-year periods. It seeks to generate capital growth over the longer term, maintain a consistent, conservative investment style and reduce risk through investing in a diversified portfolio of Australian companies.

The General Equity Common Fund VE8 aims to outperform its benchmark, the S&P ASX 200 Accumulation Index, over rolling three-year periods. The Fund is fully invested in the Imputation Fund.
